For a serious yoga practitioner or a relative novice, YogiAnatomy’s Teacher Training will give you the knowledge and tools to dive deeper into yoga and be able to set your own course whether it’s teaching yoga to groups or private clients, incorporating yoga into your patients’ plans of care, or jump-starting your own personal transformation.

We will begin the training with an immersion weekend at a lovely Vermont Inn where you will meet all the lead teachers and adjunct faculty.  In a retreat setting the schedule allows for several asana classes, an introduction to the harmonium, chanting, meditation, breathing,  and conscious eating.  We will come together as a Kula, a Sanskrit word meaning community – a group of people who come together freely, with intention and a shared sense of purpose.

This teacher training is unique in that we will explore a yogic approach to Western Medicine. We will regularly investigate the therapeutic application of the practice and philosophy of yoga.

Weekend sessions from January through June will meet at the beautiful Satsang Yoga Studio in downtown Westfield, NJ.
